Production infrastructure is the part of a business nobody really notices until it fails, and when it does, it tends to fail loudly: halted output, damaged trust with partners, a scramble to fix things that should have been caught months earlier.

I've built that infrastructure from scratch, setting quality standards, planning, and process before problems have the chance to compound, and I've also been called in after things had already gone wrong, rebuilding operational capability under serious time pressure while everyone around it assumed the worst.

The work looks different depending on where a business actually is: sometimes it's laying foundations that will hold as things grow, sometimes it's stabilising something already under real strain, and sometimes it's a full recovery after a collapse that threatened to take the business down with it. What stays constant across all three is the same close attention to the details that actually keep production running, not just what looks fine on a plan.
