Louise Bridal

Duration

9 months

The collection formed a pivotal part of the brand's restyling, marking a fresh chapter that redefined its aesthetic and vision. At its heart are airy, weightless dresses crafted in rich, dazzling fabrics that catch light and movement with effortless grace. Each piece balances opulence with restraint, embodying a refined sense of minimalism, resulting in an image for the brand that feels elevated, contemporary and unmistakably bold in its simplicity.

Challenge

The brand was experiencing a severe decline in sales and needed a full crisis recovery, covering brand positioning, production and sales geography, within a tight 9-month timeframe. This meant designing a new collection aligned with current market demands, restyling the brand's identity to reach new customer segments, and modernising production processes, all while keeping international market schedules on track.

Solution

I developed and executed a crisis recovery plan, designing the SS 2014 collection to align with market demands, and restyled the brand's complete identity to enhance visibility and reach new customer segments. I accelerated sales performance and reoriented sales geography towards EU markets, while leading a team of 25 across design, production and marketing functions and introducing new technologies into bridal dress-making. Alongside this, I optimised production planning to ensure compliance with international market schedules.
